ABOUT
Mike McHenry started this company in 1988 with one truck and a habit of finishing what he started. The first jobs were small. A deck, a bath, and a kitchen for a neighbor in Albany.
The work got bigger. The company did not, much. We grew slowly because we hired slowly. Most of the carpenters and project managers on staff today have been here ten, fifteen, twenty years. They know each other. They know the trades. They know the inspectors.
That is the difference, and it shows up in the work. There is no rotating cast of subcontractors learning your house. The same people who frame your addition will hang the trim and walk the punch list.
We are still here. Still in the same valley. Still answering the phone.

Mike started McHenry from the ground up, self-taught, swinging a hammer on the first jobs himself. He still walks every site.
Greg McHenry
PRINCIPAL · SECOND GENERATION
Greg grew up in the shop and on jobsites. He leads the build side day to day and keeps the standard his father set.
Lacey
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE · FRONT OF HOUSE
Lacey is the first face clients meet and the first voice they hear. She keeps the front of house running and makes sure every visitor feels welcome.
Johanna Larson
PROJECT MANAGER · OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
Johanna keeps projects moving. Schedules, suppliers, crews, and clients. She is the through-line from kickoff to punch list.
