Last blog we saw how water got into the deck through gaps in the flashing and moisture membrane. Okay, so here is the rest of the story…

This time the flashing is thin, set all the way down the length and all the seams the plywood permanently and screw holes.

The Duradeck goes up under the siding and the new deck will be watertight for many years to come!
